Dr. Laurence Harper, President and CEO of RST, in describing the addition of the composition of the Board of Directors stated, "I am very excited and enthused to have gentlemen of this calibre assist our officers in setting the direction of our corporation. Unlike many small public companies, we have adopted a policy of having a majority of our board of directors composed of independent directors. We expect to add a minimum of two additional board members in 2007, with a minimum of one being independent and another position for a senior executive at one of the strategic acquisitions we intend to make in the near future. All of our board members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, unique to one another, in operating their own successful businesses, within the Security / Law Enforcement realm. Additionally, they have developed a multitude of associations, both personal and commercial, over many years, which can assist RST in further developing its security installations and services at an accelerated rate."
