Remote Surveillance Technologies Attracts First Client in the Construction Industry, Providing Access Control Solutions for Advent Development

System to Control and Monitor Traffic Throughout Multi-Tenant Building

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 1, 2007 -- Remote Surveillance Technologies, Inc. ("RST or the "Company") (, (PINKSHEETS: RSUR) is pleased to announce its selection to provide a security access control system for a new multi-tenant building owned and developed by Advent Development. Advent Development offers professional general contracting, including development, architectural, and construction management services for investors and developers in the multi-family and commercial real estate markets throughout the state of California.

RST has designed, and is presently implementing a DSX Access Control System for this commercial facility, which is located in Southern California. The WinDSX system is a building/facility management and monitoring system, used to control and monitor personnel traffic, while excluding unauthorized visitors.

Laurence Harper, President and CEO of RST in describing this agreement stated: "At the beginning of this year, RST management targeted the building and construction industries as one of the prime industries where we felt that our systems and remote monitoring would be very well accepted, as not only a security cost savings for the developer, but also providing enhanced security functions for purposes of attracting the best tenants. This security system design and installation represents our first entrée into this industry, where RST can provide effective and cost-efficient security solutions. We have several proposals outstanding to other developers, which we believe will give us a significant foothold and credibility in the industry, as we continue our national expansion."
