Remote Surveillance Technologies to Collaborate With a Major U.S. Based Systems Integrator for Security Needs in Its Manufacturing Location in India

Agreement Adds Second Fortune 500 Company to RST's Client Roster

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- Remote Surveillance Technologies, Inc. ("RST or the "Company") (www.rsttech.com), (PINKSHEETS: RSUR) is pleased to announce the addition of an industry leading, Fortune 500 company (which has requested anonymity) to its list of clients. The client is a powerful global supplier of end-to-end wireless infrastructure solutions, offering a broad product portfolio, which includes power amplifier products, antenna, base station, and coverage systems.

RST will be instrumental in the design, configuration, and commissioning of Access Control and Intrusion Systems for the Company's satellite office in New Delhi, India. The enterprise level system will allow the Corporate Command Center in California to remotely monitor alarms and administer the Access Control System for its home office located in the eastern US. This design, when implemented at its India facility, and others around the world, will allow the company to globally manage all its security needs from a central location, in order to maximize security and efficiency, while greatly reducing its security costs.

Laurence Harper, President and CEO of RST in describing this agreement stated: "Taking the burden from the shoulders of our clients, in implementing consistent security measures throughout their world-wide facilities, and providing them access to all security data at a central location, is a service and process in which we take great pride. The agreement we are announcing today, clearly indicates that our products and services can be implemented on an international level from a centralized location. We are therefore fully capable of servicing clients at remote locations, which greatly enhances our market and growth potential. We are very pleased to have been selected to provide these kinds of security solutions for this premiere company."
