IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - December 13, 2007) - Remote Surveillance Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RSUV) today announced it has filed their Initial Disclosure Statement with Pink Sheets and otcQX for the first 9 months of 2007. By complying with guidelines set by Pink Sheets and otcQX, RST is now upgraded to a limited information company.
