Most Canadians spend at least eight hours a day at work. Frequently, it's much more than that. What are they actually gaining - or losing, from this investment? How engaged are they in their career and how is it affecting their health? When is the last time they took a vacation?

CareerCycles offers participants a revitalizing three days of easy biking, through the beautiful and scenic Picton area, while providing supportive guidance towards a new career path. This remarkable, accelerated, career coaching program has received positive reviews from both The Medical Post and The Ontario Medical Review!

A 2005 evaluation survey revealed that 88% of participants found CareerCycles influenced their career decisions and 72% made a significant career change.
