David H. Pohl is an experienced business attorney and corporate board member currently serving as a Director of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Pohl is also Chairman of the Board of Wellness.com, Inc., a privately held Internet company which operates a health and wellness website. David previously served from 2005 through 2007 as Chairman, President and CEO of Patriot Scientific Corporation, a publicly held company for which he was a member of the Board of Directors from 2001 through 2008.
