RepeatSeat and Nosaconn Announce The North American Premier of "African Footprint"

New Ticketing Site Signals the First Initiative in Rebuilding New Orleans Cultural Community

(The New Orleans South Africa Connection) is pleased to announce the North American premier of African Footprint After 3500 performances around the world, including 2 1/2 years in Europe, 6 months in Australia, Tours in China, India and Israel, African Footprint is finally coming to North American starting November 1-4th at The New Orleans Sugarmill. "The hypnotic heartbeat of the African drum, the soulful saxophone and the haunting pennywhistle, meld Afro- and Euro-centric music and dance - Kwela-jive, traditional gumboot, tap, contemporary ballet, hip-hop pantsula - into an 'explosive stampede of song and dance' that tells the vibrant and diverse history of South Africa."
