RepeatSeat Announces Trading Date

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 2, 2005) - RepeatSeat Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RPS) ("RepeatSeat") is extremely pleased to announce that, effective at 7:30 a.m. PST, Tuesday August 2, 2005, the Corporation will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol of "RPS" for its common shares and "RPS.WT" for its Class B Warrants.

The Corporation completed its Qualifying Transaction wherein RepeatSeat and Wasaga Capital Corp ("Wasaga) completed a business combination by way of an amalgamation where by each 7.6 issued and outstanding Wasaga common shares will be exchanged for one (1) RepeatSeat common share and one-half of one RepeatSeat Class B warrant. The other outstanding securities of RepeatSeat, specifically Class A warrants, will remain as continuing obligations of the Corporation but will not be listed on the exchange.

The name of the amalgamated entity will be RepeatSeat Ltd. and the company is classified as an "entertainment services" company.
