RepeatSeat and Chukka Caribbean Adventures Announce Successful Roll Out of TourMax Product

Successful Software Test at Montego Bay Leads to Installations throughout the Caribbean

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2008) - RepeatSeat Ltd. ("RepeatSeat") (TSX VENTURE:RPS), a North American leader in providing entertainment solutions, and Chukka Caribbean Adventures (, the region's number one nature-adventure tour provider, are pleased to announce the successful roll out of the "TourMax" Tour and Excursion software. This patent pending product has been operating successfully at Chukka's Montego Bay location for the last six months and will now be expanded to handle all reservations, ticketing and tour dispatch functions in Jamaica, Belize, The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands.

RepeatSeat President & COO Bob Christianson commented "we are very excited that the product worked well in the Montego Bay "Beta Test" and that it is now positioned to be rolled out across all of the Chukka bases before the strong tourist season this fall. The transaction based revenue model coupled with the ever increasing number of people visiting the Caribbean and taking some sort of adventure or ecological excursion will provide a stable new revenue stream for RepeatSeat." Danny Melville, Chukka Caribbean founder and chairman noted, "the RepeatSeat TourMax product is a dream come true for tour and excursion operators. Not only does the product automate all of our reservations and ticketing, but also it enables the effective movement of tours clients from and back to their hotels, and cruise ships. Hotels in Jamaica are now using the product direct at their concierge desks and we now have over 800 travel agents in North America booking Chukka tours using the TourMax technology."

The TourMax product will now be marketed throughout the Caribbean and then globally to Tour operators. RepeatSeat and Chukka have established a marketing alliance whereby revenue will be shared for clients brought to the product by Chukka.
