RepeatSeat Expands North American Leading mCommerce Solution to Ski Sector

Famed Rocky Mountain Sunshine Village Ski Resort to Partner in mCommerce Test Trial of Mobile Solution for Lift Tickets

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 30, 2008) - RepeatSeat Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RPS) will partner with world famous Rocky Mountain ski resort Sunshine Village to trial RepeatSeat's mCommerce mobile ticketing application at the hill. Sunshine Village, North America's technologically most innovative ski resort, will be completing a live test of the application to a targeted group as they review the operational intricacies of putting RepeatSeat's application in place for next year's ski season. This is the first time the advanced technology has been introduced to the North American ski industry.

The breakthrough will allow skiers and boarders to avoid line-up for tickets, moving directly to the lift for immediate scanning and lift access.

Sunshine Village has been at the forefront of the customer service with more than $40 million invested in the last decade to improve the experience for its more than 500,000 visitors each winter season. RepeatSeat currently provides its North America leading mCommerce ticketing solution to the movie theatre industry and is now poised to expand that service to other vertical markets, starting with its existing customer base at its wholly owned subsidiary Comptrol Systems Inc. Through Comptrol, RepeatSeat provides point of sale lift ticketing to more than 25% of the ski hills across North America.

The initial trial run of the RepeatSeat mCommerce program at Sunshine is being conducted in conjunction with the movie industry's Show Canada Conference and Trade Show being held this week in Banff, Alberta. Upon successful completion of the demonstration test this week, the intent is to implement the program for the start of the next ski season.
