RepeatSeat Ltd. Announces Two Year Contract with Influential Producer Jeffrey Latimer for '56 Blue Jays Way'

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 22, 2006) -

RepeatSeat Will Provide Full Ticketing Solution to New Toronto Theatre

RepeatSeat Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RPS) a leading global entertainment services company offering private label ticketing in the United States and Canada is pleased to announce the signing of a two year entertainment services contract with producer Jeffrey Latimer for his new venue at 56 Blue Jays Way. The character theatre and former home of Second City in downtown Toronto, will open April 21, 2006 with the preview of Boygroove,( the biggest hit of last summers Toronto Fringe Festival.

The theatre hosts both the mainstage venue and another cabaret space where smaller productions and the tradition of developing local comedians for venues like Second City will continue. "We're going to be working closely together with Jeffrey," said Andrew Alexander, the head of Second City, "and we'll be continuing the tradition of developing local comedians in that space."

Jeffrey Latimer has produced live theatre, concert productions and events in Canada for the past 15 years. He has extensive experiencing working with ticketing providers and has noted that the decision to use RepeatSeat's interactive ticketing, data management and mobile ticketing services was made because of the company's desire to attract theatre goers of a particular demographic who live and function in a wired world. "There is no doubt that traditional ticketing services will always be required, however the new generation of ticketing services will promote our brand, provide excellent cross marketing opportunities, create customer loyalty, allow customers to easily and affordably purchase tickets and to create an interactive environment that makes this a fun place to be. We want this to be not only a place where you go to see a show, says Latimer, but one where you come after a show or a game and always find something entertaining going on."

RepeatSeat Ltd. is providing its interactive ticketing solutions and strong customer service model to support the success of the "Theatre on Blue Jays" way, as it is referred to until its official branding is complete. Bob Christianson, Executive Vice President of RepeatSeat said, "The choice of our product by a producer with Jeffrey Latimer's reputation and experience further validates our private label transaction based business model and our technology. We look forward to working with Jeffrey as he resurrects this venue by offering great entertainment and customer service."
