RepeatSeat Signs Agreement With Soapbox Mobile Inc. to Deliver Barcode Ticketing to Cellphones

RepeatSeat Prepares to Launch mCommerce Initiative Using Soapbox Mobile Expertise

(TSX VENTURE:RPS), a leading interactive global entertainment services company offering private label ticketing and data management solutions throughout North America is pleased to announce that they have signed a contract with California based Soapbox Mobile, Inc.

Soapbox Mobile's unique industry-leading technology platform, Soapbox Anywhere™, combined with cutting-edge creative services and an agency business model, has attracted long term clients such as The House of Blues, Amp'd Mobile, General Motors R(x)Works, SiTV, W Hotels and many others. This Agreement provides RepeatSeat with both the platform and mobile marketing expertise to deliver barcode tickets to cell phones and PDAs.

The RepeatSeat Online Ticketing application together with Soapbox's mobile technology presents consumers with the experience of convenient, customized ticket purchases using only their mobile device. The customer can select events and tickets, complete the purchase process on their cell phone or PDA and have a barcode delivered to their mobile device for redemption at the venue.

The simplicity and accessibility of this paperless transaction adds great value to RepeatSeat's clients' operations. This mCommerce initiative, as well as the many other opportunities that exist for Soapbox and RepeatSeat, will strongly position RepeatSeat to provide value-added services as an entertainment solutions company.
