RepeatSeat's Subsidiary Comptrol Systems Inc. Renews Contract with Safeway

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 15, 2005) - RepeatSeat Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RPS) is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary Comptrol Systems Inc. (CSI) has successfully renewed its ticket selling contract with eighty-five (85) Safeway Stores throughout the Denver Colorado area. Under the terms of the contract Safeway stores will continue to sell ski lift tickets, as well as tickets to other attractions and venues through their customer service operations. Last year Safeway sold more than $1.5M worth of tickets using the CSI program and it is anticipated that sales will continue to experience significant growth each year under the new agreement.

This regional ticketing platform employed by Safeway is a prime example of how the RepeatSeat private label branded solution can operate to the benefit of all stakeholders in the sales and distribution market. The ability for Safeway to "pull" customers who wish to acquire tickets, and expose them to other high value sales at Safeway is coupled with the desire of CSI's ticketing partners to push their sales through broader distribution.

RepeatSeat President George Davidson welcomed the renewal of the Safeway contract as validation of the exceptional service and respect that CSI has generated in their market. Davidson commented "The Safeway private label branded solution is in keeping with other similar RepeatSeat regional ticketing models such as Tickets Tonight in Vancouver and Artsopolis in the Silicon Valley. If is something that we will continue to expand upon in Both CSI's operations as well those of RepeatSeat.
