David Cowan, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, and Ted Schlein, managing partner at Kleiner Perkins, will join the Company's Board of Directors with Mike Maples, managing partner at Maples Investments, and Michael Fertik, CEO and Founder of ReputationDefender.
