Research In Motion Completes Acquisition of Certicom

WATERLOO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 23, 2009) - Research In Motion Limited ("RIM") (NASDAQ:RIMM)(TSX:RIM) has today completed its acquisition of Certicom Corp. ("Certicom") (TSX:CIC) at a cash price of Cdn$3.00 per outstanding Certicom common share.
