ResearchChannel Selects TVN Entertainment to Manage Its VOD Services and Affiliate Sales

Leading Research Institutions Set Course for On Demand With the World's Leader in VOD Services

BURBANK, CA--(Marketwire - September 7, 2007) - TVN Entertainment Corp., the world's largest television on demand company, and ResearchChannel, a nonprofit consortium of leading research institutions including Yale University, the University of Chicago, Howard Hughes Medical Institute and The National Science Foundation, today announced a long-term deal in which TVN will represent ResearchChannel On Demand in securing affiliation arrangements among TVN's over 100 MSO, Telco, DBS and Broadband VOD affiliates. As part of the deal, TVN will be providing all VOD distribution and asset management services and supporting marketing partnerships. Already, ResearchChannel is available to more than 26 million households.

ResearchChannel presents content from several world-class universities and academic institutions providing audiences access to the latest scientific developments and research breakthroughs through interviews, lecture series and special events.
