Reservoir Intercepts 22.01 Grams Per Tonne Gold Over 4.70 Meters at Brestovac

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 26, 2007) - Reservoir Capital Corp. ("Reservoir" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:REO) is pleased to report drilling results from its Brestovac property in Serbia. Five diamond drill holes for a total of 559.1 meters have been completed on the Brestovac target, as recommended in the Company's 43-101 qualifying report "Technical Report on the Exploration Potential of the Zlot-Brestovac Mineral Property, Serbia" prepared by Jonathan Steedman and Stanley Bartlett of Micon International Ltd., dated January 5, 2007, which is available for review under the Corporation's profile on the SEDAR database at www.sedar.com.

The drill program was designed to test geophysical and geochemical anomalies over a strike length of 200 meters for extensions of the low-sulphidation epithermal style of gold mineralization intercepted in the previously reported drill hole BN-01 which intercepted 4.51 g/t gold over 22.40 meters (including 2.95 meters and 25.83 g/t gold). The mineralized structure was intercepted in all the drill holes and high-grade gold mineralization (greater than 10 g/t gold) was intercepted in drill holes BN-03, 04 and 05. Drill hole BN-04 was terminated in the mineralized structure for technical reasons. Drill hole BN-06 intercepted low-grade mineralization over 46.90 meters, and BN-07 is interpreted to have penetrated only the southern margin of the mineralized zone. The significant intercepts are tabled below:

Initial interpretation suggests at least two mineralized structures with widths of 5 - 30 meters occur over a strike length of at least 200 meters. The structures are marked by intensely altered andesite tuff containing disseminated pyrite, occasional sphalerite and galena, and irregular zones of silicification and rare quartz veining.

A target location map, drilling plan map and drill sections will be posted on the Company's website www.reservoircapitalcorp.com in the coming days. The Company is awaiting the final analytical results, after which all the data will be compiled and interpreted prior to preparing an exploration program to test for additional strike and depth continuity of the mineralized structures. At this stage the Company considers the results to be encouraging and that they demonstrate the exploration potential for significant epithermal gold mineralization at Brestovac, as well as enhancing the potential of the geophysical and geochemical anomalies southeast of the drill sites as indicators of buried copper-porphyry and/or Bor-style massive copper sulfide mineralization.

Comments on Sampling, Assaying and Quality Control

The assays reported in this press release refer to diamond drill core that was sawed in half at the Company's sample preparation facility in Belgrade. Half the core was sampled and crushed to less than 2 millimeters, with the remaining half of the core stored for reference. Samples were submitted to the ISO certified OMAC Laboratory in Ireland for analysis, where gold was analyzed by fire assay of 50 gram samples with an AAS finish, and multi-element analyses were determined by ICP MS/AAS techniques. The Company conducts routine QA/QC analysis on all assay results, including the systematic utilization of certified reference materials, blanks and duplicates.

Dr. Duncan Large, Chartered Engineer (UK) and Eur. Geol., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and consultant to the Company, is responsible for the preparation of the technical information in this release.
