Resonate Expands Executive Team With Two Key Hires

Propelling Company Momentum and Growth With the Addition of Software Engineering Leader and a Former comScore Executive

RESTON, VA--(Marketwire - December 13, 2010) - Resonate, connecting advertisers with consumers based on their values, beliefs and attitudes, announced today two pivotal additions to their executive team. Sung Shin joins as Vice President of Product Management from comScore, and Elaine Harvey as Vice President of Software Engineering from Parature.

Shin brings over 15 years of experience in the marketing and advertising software industries to Resonate. Prior to joining Resonate, Shin led product management efforts for comScore's media planning products, which were used by the majority of leading advertising agencies, brands, publishers and ad networks to support online media planning. Before comScore, Shin was Vice President of Product Management at TRAFFIQ, where he built the product management function for the company and was responsible for the creation and management of TRAFFIQ's media planning and buying platform.

With 22 years of software development experience, Harvey most recently was the Vice President of Engineering at Parature, where she delivered a SaaS solution to millions of end users. Prior to Parature, Harvey was the director of the Secure Software Development practice at NetSec (now Verizon Business). At NetSec, Harvey developed a patented wireless intrusion detection system as well as a patent-pending secure one-way network bridging technology.

This announcement comes off the heels of last week's news that Resonate hired George Stewart, former Demand Media and Yahoo! executive as CRO. Earlier this year, Resonate announced a $5 million round of funding.
