PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwired - Sep 29, 2014) - Resource America, Inc. (NASDAQ: REXI) (the "Company") announces that it has increased the amount of its quarterly cash dividend by 20% to $0.06 per share of common stock. This is the third increase since July 2013, and the dividend has now increased 100% since then. The cash dividend will be paid on October 31, 2014 to all holders of record at the close of business on October 17, 2014. The Company has paid a consecutive quarterly cash dividend for over 19 years.
