LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Jun 27, 2011) - RYU, always true to our warrior ethic, we persevere and succeed through the embodiment of our values: strength, honor, respect, and nature. We have come a long way since the conception of the brand, and now with multiple factors coming together; Product, Marketing, Distribution, Leadership, and Financing, we are poised for long-term success.

Operations include a full-scale design/product creation office that recently opened in Portland, Oregon. The Company is currently in production on a limited run of sustainable tee shirts, printed within the United States, made from Bamboo & Organic cotton to be shipped for back to school.

The Company's primary objective is to have its clothing line available through exclusive boutique distribution outlets, on-line and physical destinations, where the RYU Brand is the destination focus. With a distribution plan in place, we are currently working on creating distribution partnerships that will make RYU gear available to the everyday MMA fan, athletic enthusiasts, and MMA athletes. In fact, RYU is quite far along in discussions with some of the top MMA athletes in the world who will represent the RYU brand on the street, in the gym and in the Octagon. It has been an exciting few months for RYU. Earlier this year, after years of development, the Company received its listing and approval to trade on the Finra Over The Counter Bulletin Board.
