Responsys Appoints John Berkley as Vice President of Product Marketing

Former Oracle and Tealeaf Veteran to Further Strengthen the Breadth and Depth of Marketing Executive Team

SAN BRUNO, CA--(Marketwire - April 13, 2009) - Responsys, a global provider of on-demand email and marketing automation solutions, today announced the appointment of a new executive to further strengthen the breadth and depth of the marketing executive team. John Berkley has joined Responsys as vice president of product marketing and new business and will report to Scott Olrich, Responsys' Chief Marketing Officer.

Berkley joins Responsys with more than 15 years of combined experience at Oracle Corporation, Topica, and Tealeaf where he held leadership positions in product marketing and product management. Most recently, he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with several venture capital firms and served as interim CEO of Revcube, an online marketing optimization startup. Berkley holds a bachelor's degree from Williams College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
