Ressources Appalaches: Payment to Service Provider

RIMOUSKI, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 24, 2012) - Ressources Appalaches (TSX VENTURE:APP) has agreed to issue 1, 000, 000 common shares to a financial advisor for services provided to the company. The services include Dufferin deposit evaluation and financing study. The share issuance is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
