Ressources Pershimco Inc. gets 503.2 g/t Ag and 8723 g/t Ag + 1.04 % Zn in drift at San Miguel, Mexico

ROUYN-NORANDA, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 11, 2006) - Ressources Pershimco Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PRO) is pleased to announce results from channel sampling executed in the fall of 2005 at its San Miguel mine in Mexico.

A total of twenty-three (23) samples have been collected from seven (7) channels ranging between 1.2 and 7.5 meters in length, spread on 60 m and spaced by 10 m. The objective was to evaluate a silver bearing structure observed along the full length of the 74 m drift. The structure is a breccia with up to 20% sulfides (pyrite, silver bearing galena, argentite and sphalerite). Its thickness varies from 1.05 to 1.75 m but goes up to 5.85 m near the end of the drift. The following table presents weighted average grades of several intersections observed. Two independent canadian laboratories, Techni-Lab and Laboratoire Expert Inc, have provided results. Andre Liboiron, geologist and qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has produced sampling.

The best intersection of 503.2-g/t silver on 5.85 m or 409.4-g/t silver on 7.50 m is located at the end of the drift where the structure could be over 15 m in thickness. A chosen sample from this zone returned grades of 3.2 g/t Au, 8723 g/t Ag and 1.04% Zn. These large zones are frequently observed at the mine and represent the intersection of two mineralized structures. These results are suggesting to the company economical potential for production. The existence of local infrastructures and access facilities for ore processing within 3 km from the site are favorable factors for and up coming production. Ressources Pershimco Inc is discussing with a group of investors to engage a drilling program in the coming months. Primary objectives would be to confirm high-grade intersections such as 502 g/t Ag (16 oz/t) over 38 m, observed in borehole in 1995 and calculate mineral reserves.

In other news, Ressources Pershimco Inc has completed a private flow through found rising from several share holders and board members, including the president, at a rate of 40 cents per share which is a 250% markup from the market price (see news releases from December 15th, 2005 and January 5th, 2006).
