Restore Media Announces the Traditional Building Playhouse Raffle to Benefit Three of Philadelphia's Local Charitable Organizations

WASHINGTON, DC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2005 -- A skilled team of master tradesmen and carpenters will build a turn-of-the century, cottage-style Playhouse on the exhibit hall floor during the Traditional Building Show, April 28-30, 2005, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The Traditional Building Exhibition and Conference is the largest national event for professionals -- architects, builders, contractors, developers, building owners, preservationists, and urban planners -- who restore and renovate historic buildings and houses or who create new buildings, houses, and neighborhoods in a traditional style. "The Traditional Building Playhouse will be a true demonstration of how new-world materials are being used in old-world construction, and will be a major focal point for this year's show," explains Eric Peterson, Show Director.

Proceeds from the raffle will benefit three of Philadelphia's local charitable organizations: The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, The Charter High School for Architecture & Design, and YouthBuild Philadelphia. "We are honored to be involved in a project that can help further the mission of these venerable organizations, whose work is so important to the city of Philadelphia," says Peterson.
