Results-Based Job Posting Service Introduced by

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - October 6, 2010) - announced today the launch of Optimize, a results-based job posting product developed to save recruiters time and money by automating the candidate application screening process.

Since introducing its first performance orientated posting product in 2008, JobServe has continued to develop and expand its innovative offerings. These products have now been brought together as Optimize.

Wendy Cowell, JobServe's Global Online Sales & Business Development Manager, commented, "At JobServe, we take a pride in our fresh approach and to the revolutionary products that we make available to our customers. Recruiters are now in greater control of the applications they receive, through the addition of filter questions to the job application form. This means advertisers using Optimize receive more refined applications, thus reducing the overhead of sifting inappropriate resumes."

Rather than paying a flat rate for the online job advertisement, recruiters are charged based on the number of qualified applications received. Cowell continued, "With the pricing model for Optimize being based upon applications delivered, if a candidate does not pass the filter questions the recruiter has setup, it hasn't cost them anything!"

JobServe Optimize is integrated into the Jobg8 network of partner job boards, providing optimum distribution and coverage for jobs posted using this service.

Optimize is one of a complementary suite of job posting products offered by JobServe in addition to more traditional job posting services.

The JobServe Group of companies is a network of employment websites servicing clients across the globe. Headquartered in the UK, JobServe has sites covering Europe, Australia, Asia, the US and Canada. JobServe entered the US market in 2007 with the acquisition of IT job boards, and Today, features jobs across the US in 17 major industry categories.
