Retirement Planning Served at Moldenhauer & Associates Seminars

ORCHARD PARK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2014) - Financial and retirement planning firm Moldenhauer & Associates continues its long-running series of information seminars this February with four events to show potential clients how the firm differs from its competitors.

"We hold the seminars in a welcoming setting, so we can meet people who might consider becoming clients," says Brett Moldenhauer, chief executive officer of Moldenhauer & Associates. "We differ from most financial planning firms because we don't promote specific products or try to fit everyone into a one-size-fits-all investment. In fact, over the years, we've turned people away because we couldn't help them.

"Squeezing people into a financial adviser's preferred product line is pervasive in our industry," adds Moldenhauer. "Everyone's financial situation is truly unique, and we respond that way."

Moldenhauer and his staff schedule, on average, four dinner seminars a month at which they spend the bulk of the time listening to attendees' concerns or goals. Moldenhauer and his colleagues explain the firm's tailored approach to helping clients. For example, many financial advisers will use prepared news content to share with clients as "updates." Moldenhauer & Associates takes the time to write its own blog and record podcasts, driven by what it hears clients asking about.

"The topics we tackle with the blog and podcasts are what people care about," adds Richard Moldenhauer, founder of Moldenhauer & Associates. "We try to field questions that matter to clients. People ask, 'How can I expect to save for retirement and college tuition?', or 'How will Obamacare affect my retirement?'"

In February, the firm will host information seminars, which include dinner, at these places and times:

JP's Pub, Tue., Feb. 18 at 6 p.m., 1986 Lakeview Rd., Lakeview, N.Y.

Four Corners Restaurant, Thu., Feb. 20 at 6 p.m., 8571 N. Main St., Eden, N.Y.

Desiderio's Lancaster Ale House, Tue., Feb. 25 at 6 p.m., 5827 Broadway, Lancaster, N.Y.
