Retriever Communications Announces North American Channel Program; Signs Mobile Computing Provider Filbitron as First Partner

New Program Set to Expand Mobility Field Force Automation Provider's Footprint

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Jun 13, 2012) - Retriever Communications, a global provider of mobile field force automation, today announced its first channel initiative in North America with the introduction of its Premier Partner Program. Retriever is targeting system integrators, ERP software providers and mobility solution companies with its new channel program. Filbitron, Canada's leading provider of innovative, viable and cost effective tablet and mobile computing solutions, has signed on as one of the first strategic partners.

Retriever's product portfolio includes field service management tools, dispatch and schedule services, mobile time sheets and field asset management products. Recently launched in the US, Retriever's RADE3 (Retriever Application Development Environment) allows businesses to create and deploy device-agnostic native applications to iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. For Filbitron, it extends the company's mobile computing technology from hardware and maintenance to software solutions, enabling them to target new markets, including electrical maintenance and inspection. The program's partners receive full cross training in mobile application deployment and Retriever's project methodology, leveraging Retriever's enviable track record of zero failed deployments in wireless field automation. Retriever's channel model encompasses market demand generation, tool kits and provision of pilot infrastructure and testing to its Partners.
