Retrocom Mid-Market Reit Announces 2007 Second Quarter Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 22, 2007) –

Retrocom Mid-Market Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT")(TSX:RMM.UN) announced today that the cash distribution for the second quarter of 2007 will be $0.15 per Unit. The cash distribution for the second quarter of 2007 is for the period from and including April 1, 2007 to and including June 30, 2007 and will be payable on July 15, 2007 to Unitholders of record as of June 29, 2007.

Distributions paid to holders of Units who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to Canadian withholding tax.
