Retrocom Mid-Market REIT Announces Closing of Over-Allotment Option

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) -


Retrocom Mid-Market Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:RMM.UN) (the "REIT" or "Retrocom") today announced, in connection with its recent public offering of 8,550,000 trust units ("Units"), that it has completed the issuance of an additional 1,282,500 Units (the "Additional Units"), at a price of $5.85 per Additional Unit for gross proceeds of $7,502,625. The Additional Units were issued pursuant to the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to a syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc. and including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Canaccord Genuity Corp., National Bank Financial Inc. and Dundee Securities Ltd. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering of the Units and the Additional Units is $57,520,125.
