Retrocom Mid-Market REIT Completes $23,000,000 Equity Offering

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2010) -


Retrocom Mid-Market Real Estate Investment Trust ("Retrocom") (TSX:RMM.UN) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of trust units ("Units"), at a price of $5.00 per Unit. The syndicate of underwriters, led by TD Securities Inc., elected to exercise the over-allotment option in full, resulting in a total of 4,600,000 Units being issued today by Retrocom for gross proceeds of $23,000,000.

The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to fund future acquisitions and for general trust purposes.
