A former director at Microsoft, Rissberger is a management and business development veteran with more than 25 years experience in new business growth, operations and IT systems development, specializing in leading organizations through expansion, mergers, and acquisitions. As Consulting Director, she will oversee and ensure the success of Revel's existing client engagements, assist in growing the firm's business to new industries, and drive professional development opportunities for the firm's consultants.

Rissberger comes to Revel with more than 25 years of senior management and business development experience in the high technology, software and financial services industries. Leslie began her career as a manager and business analyst at PricewaterhouseCooper and, later, as Chief Financial Officer for Books on Tape, Inc., now a division of Random House. She also worked for Microsoft for nearly a decade, holding a number of senior management positions including Director of Business Development -- Interactive Media Division, Director of Venture Integration for acquisitions, and Director of Corporate Leadership. Most recently, Leslie was an independent business consultant specializing in acquisitions, as well as operational, financial and leadership topics for leading companies like Microsoft.
