Revelex Institutes Action Against World Travel Holdings & National Leisure Group (NLG)

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 5, 2007 -- Revelex Corporation announced today that it was granted a temporary restraining order on January 4, 2007 by U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, enjoining World Travel Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries and National Leisure Group, Inc. from disclosing or transmitting Revelex's confidential information to any third party or competitor.

In its suit filed on January 3, 2007, Revelex is seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief against World and its subsidiaries and NLG, enjoining them from disclosing Revelex's confidential information, which Revelex contends World has access to under a License Agreement with Revelex, prohibiting them from duplicating or reverse engineering Revelex's proprietary products and prohibiting them from engaging in a business that competes with Revelex in violation of the License Agreement.

In announcing this lawsuit Revelex CEO David Goodis stated, "Revelex is an important provider of technology in the travel industry and as such must protect its contractual rights and intellectual property."

A preliminary injunction hearing has been set for Friday, January 12, 2007 at the U.S. District Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
