RevGuard Adds Lindsay Lanning to Board of Advisors

Customer Success Management (CSM) Pioneer and Regional Vice President of Salesforce's Customer For Life Program Adds Retention and CSM Expertise to RevGuard's Board of Advisors

Ms. Lanning was initially hired at to help build out the Sales Engineering Pre-Sales organization to focus on bringing in brand name logo customers. Once the organization had a sizeable client footprint, she helped build out all of the various organizations within the post-sales organization to mitigate attrition and deliver an optimal customer experience. Prior to, she spent time at other industry leaders such as; (Corio) IBM, Ernst & Young and Peoplesoft (Oracle).
