Revolution Rapport Celebrates 2nd Year Anniversary and Projects Future Growth

FLORENCE, SC--(Marketwired - Oct 7, 2014) - Revolution Rapport celebrates its 2nd year anniversary this month. The Florence-based firm announced its projections for the upcoming years, which are specifically focused on growth. The firm has distinguished itself as one of the few businesses of its kind in the growing Florence business market.

Traditionally, marketing has been known to be on its heels due to high costs and low return rates. Revolution Rapport has created a niche in the industry the last two years, by setting a standard for their clients to give customers an incentive to use their products and then provide them with a solution to their problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is why clients are continuing to use Revolution Rapport and its unmatched sales and marketing team to expand their brands across the country.

"The intersection between the brands you represent, and the company itself is growth. Of course business, sales and marketing is largely based on numbers, but let's face it. Ask any successful business owner, marketing director, or sales professional, and they'll tell you the same thing, it's about the company's ability to grow its people, its brand, and the client's bottom line," said Director of Project Management, Nancy Maingi.

In the upcoming year, Revolution Rapport will be launching new programs and expansion into new markets to continue their major presence in some of the largest retailers in the country.

"Our clients are starting to see the benefits of our in-store marketing program. In turn, they are launching new marketing and advertising campaigns in other retailers throughout the Florence/Myrtle Beach, SC and Fayetteville, NC area," said Director of Sales and Marketing, Chris Hyatt. "We are literally taking our marketing and advertising campaigns along with the product into the stores. Due to the traffic in the retailers, our clients are getting five times the recognition," said Mr. Hyatt.

At Revolution Rapport, it's all about the team. "The first 10 years of any business is to assemble a team of persons that will create the future. It's about creating an intersection of talent where different positions within the company come together to execute vision. That's the best part of a small business, the company needs and values every person on the team," said Human Resources Director, Kristen Miller.

With their promotion from within policy, all of Revolution Rapport's growth has come from people that know the company's philosophies and understand work ethic. "Everyone in this building knows every aspect of our company. Even our secretaries and human resources people are trained on the field aspect of our company. Our managers know the ins and outs of the business. We live in the 'undercover boss' age, it is a necessity for our clients to know that our entire team is fully trained on how to manage their brands," said Maingi.

Revolution Rapport has seen tremendous results from its management development program. Every manager is required to go through this company program before being assigned a client, account, or territory to manage. "Let's face it, this is the surest way to ensure that the company is hiring the right people to manage. Our clients require results, it is our responsibility to make sure our managers are equipped to provide them with results that exceed that," said Miller.

Revolution Rapport understands the odds it's up against. "Being a growing business, you are under a microscope. Everyone expects you to fail. I've read all the articles, I know the stats. Ask anyone who has ever invested in any business, the risks are high. It just boils down to creating vision, having clear cut goals, and not being afraid of failing. We still have a billion things to learn about the industry, but we are excited and motivated. I am excited about the growing pains ahead as well. We aren't afraid to go back to the drawing boards, and we admit we don't know everything. I hope we never lose that insight," said Maingi.

After sitting down with the Revolution Rapport Team, they are confident the upcoming months and years will be even bigger than the last two years.

"We have a lot of really big visionaries on our team. I can't wait to see where we are in 10 years, but I am excited to be where we are right now. Today is a great day," said Director, Chris Hyatt.
