Revolution Resources Holds Annual General Meeting


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 1, 2013) - Revolution Resources Corp (TSX:RV) ("Revolution" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions that shareholders were asked to consider at the Annual General Meeting held in Vancouver, BC on April 30, 2013, were approved, including the approval to issue 20,000,000 shares to Lake Shore Gold Corp. under the share and purchase agreement (pls refer to NR #1, dated January 30, 2013).

The number of directors was fixed at five. Each of the incumbent directors, Aaron Keay, Michael Williams, Robert McLeod, Georg Hochwimmer and Terry Bell were re-elected as directors of the Company, for a one year term expiring at the next annual general meeting.
