"Revolutionary HR: Human Capital in the New Economy" the 2011 Regional Conference Explains Why Business Leaders and HR Pros Must Change, or Become Obsolete

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - From September 28 - 30, The Colorado Society of Human Resources Management (COSHRM) will host "Revolutionary HR: Human Capital in the New Economy" at the Keystone Resort and Conference Center.

Speakers at the conference will include:

  • Ram Charan (internationally-known business strategist and author of Talent Masters and Leadership Pipeline)
  • Mark Stelzner (founder of Inflexion Advisors and implementer of internal and external HR transformational initiatives)
  • Merrily Archer (senior attorney in workplace law at Fisher & Phillips LLP)
  • Pamela J. Green (chief membership officer of SHRM's 250,000 members and volunteer leaders)

As Mark Stelzner, explains in his blog post on 5/18/11, "Change is a constant process, so whatever you love about the past will likely be dead and gone tomorrow."

COSHRM selected the theme "Revolutionary HR: Human Capital in the New Economy" for its conference to convey to its members that if they do not stay current with the changes in HR tools, technology, legislation or trends, they may face obsolescence.
