RF Comsites Changes Company Name to Integer Wireless

New Name Reflects Dedication to Providing End-Users With Complete In-Building Wireless Solutions

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - March 9, 2010) -  RF Comsites, a leading provider of complete in-building wireless systems, today announced it has changed its name to Integer Wireless. With experience in major markets across the United States that includes small, medium, and large in-building projects in both single-carrier and multi-carrier configurations, the company's decision for the name change was based upon its recent consolidation of interests and an increasing focus on providing professional services to end-users.

Clarey Capital, a leading private equity investment company, completed the purchase of the minority interest of RF Comsites on January 2, 2010 and now owns 100% of the company. The company has launched its new website, and announced that effective immediately all future business activity will be conducted using its new name.

"We are very excited about the introduction of our new company name," said John Clarey, CEO of Integer Wireless. "We believe the name Integer Wireless allows us to better represent our business as we introduce new programs and services. Our goal when we founded the company was to provide, improve, and design wireless solutions for the healthcare, enterprise, hotel, and public venue communities. In response to customer demand, we continue to aggressively pursue that focused objective."
