RFaxis to Meet Customer Demand to Fill Renesas Supply Gap by Shipping CMOS Power Amplifiers

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - May 26, 2011) - RFaxis, a fabless semiconductor company focused on innovative, next-generation RF solutions for the wireless connectivity and cellular mobility markets, today announced that due to mounting customer demand to fill the supply gap caused by the recent natural disasters in Japan, RFaxis will be shipping its RFX200 CMOS saturation power amplifier. The RFX200 is designed for ZigBee/ISM applications, and serves as an ideal replacement for such parts as the Renesas (NEC) uPG2250T5N and uPG2301T5L power amplifiers.
