Offers Mobile Video Editing Services to Content Providers & Advertisers

GURGAON, INDIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 26, 2007 -- Rhythm NewMedia Inc., a turnkey supplier of ad-supported mobile content, announced today that it has strengthened its worldwide presence by opening an office in India. Rhythm's India center is headquartered in Gurgaon (New Delhi) under the leadership of industry veteran Raj Desai as the Country Manager.

Desai has 40 years of experience in building global teams, holding senior positions within the global financial services and telecom industries, as well as successful entrepreneurial ventures. Raj was previously the Executive Director of TiE, a global non-profit network of professionals dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship.

Rhythm's India center will take on fundamental new product development as well as regional business development. In addition, Rhythm now has a team of seasoned video editors and sophisticated technology to cost effectively re-purpose existing videos and video advertisements to mobile phones.
