RiskMetrics/ISS Recommends Voting for BFI Canada Income Fund's Conversion to a Corporation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 12, 2008) - BFI Canada Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:BFC.UN) announced today that RiskMetrics/ISS Governance Services ("RiskMetrics/ISS") has released its analysis and voting recommendation for the Fund's proposed conversion from an income trust to a corporation by way of a plan of arrangement (the "Conversion"), to be voted on at a Special Meeting of Unitholders to be held on September 25, 2008.
