The program at the luxury hotel is highlighted by two catering packages -- the 2013 All-Day Meeting Package and the 2013 Holiday Event Package -- designed for hotel events which are Carolina-based and do not require an overnight room block. The Charlotte meeting packages provide a roster of perks for newly-booked fall events, and they are valid for holiday parties, corporate meetings, social celebrations and other gatherings conducted through December 30 of this year. Both packages require early event booking to ensure availability.

Area groups and businesses can celebrate the holidays or other special occasions when reserving their 2013 gathering by September 30, 2013. To qualify, events must take place prior to December 30, 2013.

To qualify for either of the above two packages, events must exceed $2,500 in food and beverage revenue, excluding taxes and service charges. The offers are not valid for previously contracted business and are subject to availability. New holiday 2013 events booked by October 31 versus September 30 may qualify instead for a single benefit of 10 percent savings exclusively on food.
