ServiceSource's Pay-for-Performance Cloud-Powered Managed Service Has Streamlined Riverbed's Global Renewals Business

The company selected ServiceSource to optimize the performance of global maintenance and support renewals. As a result of using the service revenue performance solution, Riverbed has improved communications across various time zones outside of the US, as well as obtained better data management and governance, visibility and control over its renewal business.
