RiverGlass Off to a Strong Start in eDiscovery Market: Intelligent Data Assessment Solution Well-Received

Early Adopter Program Garners Leading Law Firms as Clients

WEST CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - January 12, 2011) - RiverGlass Inc. announced the signing of multiple top-tier law firms as clients as part of their Early Adopter Program (EAP) in the eDiscovery market. The EAP initiative was launched in the 4th quarter of 2010, as part of RiverGlass' further entrance into the eDiscovery market. The company was building off its success selling similar intelligent data assessment applications in the federal, state and local markets over the last five years.

"As we looked at opportunities in the commercial space, we were struck by the similarities of the problems facing the legal community to those we helped solve in the intelligence and law enforcements sectors. We knew we had a strong, differentiating technology and our discussions with thought leaders at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) conference in August confirmed our belief that there was a need for our product in the market," said Kirk Dauksavage, RiverGlass CEO.

Over the last three months, the company has further engaged with leading law firms to use the RiverGlass solution on live case data. The results and feedback from these firms has been extremely valuable, as RiverGlass continues to refine its offering to best serve the market and those AMLAW 100 firms who have signed on to the EAP program.

"When I joined the company this past summer," observed Mary Pat Poteet, RiverGlass Vice-President of eDiscovery, "I knew that if my former colleagues could see for themselves how the RiverGlass solution could fundamentally advance the entire eDiscovery process prior to attorney review, through its effective handling of varied content types and sources, including the Internet, through its intelligent search, smart analytics and powerful visualizations, they would be sold. I am extremely gratified by the five firms and their response to our Early Adopter Program and to the technology itself -- and I look forward to working with the additional prospects we have in the pipeline as we begin the new year."

"We were very pleased with the performance and advanced technology of the RiverGlass solution on one of our live cases," said Chris Acosta, Litigation Support Manager at Nossaman LLP, a Los Angeles based law firm. "The ability for the paralegals to interact with the system, as well as our partners, to do early case strategy was unmatched." In addition to the advanced technology, Mr. Acosta stated, "The ROI provided by the RiverGlass solution was very compelling."

"The RiverGlass results were very impressive," stated Kimberly Scott, an associate at Miller Canfield. "The technology quickly and efficiently helped us identify key information. In addition, we feel that social media is going to play a larger part in litigation matters and RiverGlass offers the capability to find web-based information outside the firewall." Additionally, Ms. Scott commented, "Our clients expect us to help control their eDiscovery costs and I believe that RiverGlass is a very effective tool for accomplishing that goal."
