Riverview Financial Corporation Declares Cash Dividend for the Fourth Quarter OF 2016

HARRISBURG, PA--(Marketwired - Nov 17, 2016) -  The Board of Directors of Riverview Financial Corporation (OTCQX: RIVE) today declared a dividend of $0.1375 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. Year-to-date dividends declared total $0.55 per share in 2016. The dividend is payable December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record December 5, 2016.

Kirk D. Fox, Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to announce the fourth quarter cash dividend, which represents an annualized yield of 5.00% based on the closing price on the declaration date.
