Rivet Software Names Roger Metz Chief Financial Officer

Metz Brings Executive Leadership to Rivet

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - November 17, 2008) - Rivet™ Software, the world's leading provider of XBRL (Interactive Data) software, is proud to announce the hiring of Roger Metz as Chief Financial Officer. In his new position, Metz will lead Rivet's finance and accounting operations.

Metz joins Rivet with over 16 years of comprehensive accounting, finance, and capital markets experience ranging from his early career as a CPA with Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services Group, to his most recent position as Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations at CSG Systems International, Inc. During his seven year tenure at CSG, Metz had a variety of positions ranging from corporate finance to mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining CSG, Metz was an equity analyst at Janco Partners, a Denver-based investment bank; served as assistant controller for Aspen Skiing Company, and was a Certified Public Accountant.
