RMD Announces "The Exchange" Performs National Anthem and Half Time Show

BAY CITY, MI and TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 10, 2005 -- Sciax Corp. (OTC: SCXC) announced today that RMD Dance artist "The Exchange" which features Freedom Williams, formally of Grammy award winning C&C Music Factory, and Bulan performed the national anthem and half time show at the MCI Centre in Washington, DC, during game seven of the first round of the NBA playoffs between the Chicago Bulls and the Washington Wizards. This venue provided a live audience of twenty-two thousand people and national television exposure for the event.

The Exchange continues to be well received by audiences here in America and overseas. As previously announced, Sciax and RMD have signed a letter of intent for Sciax to acquire RMD Dance Inc., and this acquisition is expected to be completed in the near future.
