RMP Energy Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 5, 2013) - RMP Energy Inc. ("RMP" or the "Company") (TSX:RMP) is pleased to announce that on June 4, 2013 it held its annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") in Calgary. A total of approximately 58,118,623 common shares (approximately 55.73% of the outstanding common shares) were represented at the Meeting in person or by proxy.
