Road Closure Notice: 2014 Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5K

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - June 19, 2014) - The Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5K gets underway this Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 7:30 a.m., with some 7,000 participants lacing up to run and walk the race. The Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5k will result in road closures in the following locations:

   
Roadway Closures & Re-Openings    
Race Start: 7:30 a.m. Half Marathon East Mall at Thunderbird UBC to Stanley Park
Race Start: 9:30 a.m. 5K At Stanley Park Fish House Stanley Park and Seawall
Roadway Closure Time Re-opening Time
UBC - Marine Drive 7:30 a.m. 9:00 a.m.
Spanish Banks, Marine Drive 7:30 a.m. 9:30 a.m.
Point Grey Road, Cornwall Ave and Kits Point 8:00 a.m. 10:30 a.m.
Beach Ave - Denman into Stanley Park 6:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m.
Stanley Park Drive at the Fish House 6:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
Burrard Bridge - restricted to one lane North and South 7:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m.
