Rob Eleveld Joins WhitePages as Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Veteran Go-to-Market Strategist Poised to Drive Continued Growth of WhitePages PRO Service

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2013) - WhitePages, the leading provider of contact information for people and businesses in the U.S., today announced that Rob Eleveld has joined the company's WhitePages PRO division as vice president of sales. Eleveld will be responsible for driving global revenue, implementing sales strategies and infrastructure, and continuing to build an expert B2B sales team for WhitePages PRO.

"We're placing a big bet on WhitePages PRO, and it was crucial that we brought on an expert to identify the right market opportunities and attract customers most likely to benefit from our identity verification solutions," said Alex Algard, CEO, WhitePages. "Rob is that expert. We look forward to the new revenue opportunities his knowledge and skills will bring to WhitePages."

As vice president of enterprise sales, Eleveld will further define and implement WhitePages PRO's strategic sales process, and work to exceed the company's quarterly and annual goals. He will also build and lead the team of sales and business development executives to drive new sales and strategic partnerships.

Eleveld most recently served as CEO of Optify, the digital marketing software suite for agencies, where he shifted the 40-person, $3 million revenue business from a services-based model to a transactional SaaS platform business. Prior to Optify, Eleveld was the CEO of Shiftboard Inc., where he created a capitalization strategy that resulted in the angel funding necessary to successfully grow its online scheduling and workforce management solution.

"WhitePages PRO is an impressive business, and one ripe with opportunity. From what I can see, we're just at the tip of the iceberg with where we can take the platform for enterprise customers but also make our best-in-class identity verification solutions accessible to the mid-market with easy-to-use software. I am looking forward to implementing and driving new strategies to expand the company's already impressive customer base," said Eleveld.

Eleveld has an MBA and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's of engineering sciences from Dartmouth College.
