OGDEN, UT--(Marketwire - November 19, 2007) -


What:    River Restoration Celebration, December 7, in Ogden, Utah

         Environmentalist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will support Ogden
         Riverfront Development Company's efforts to clean up the Ogden
         River and remediate the riverbanks. The restoration work will be
         part of the development of Ogden Renaissance Village, a riverfront
         commercial and residential real estate project.

Visuals: - Community members touring three development sites with
           river engineer.
         - Guests view exhibits about development during chili luncheon.
         - Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Mayor Godfrey and development
           team speak.

         11 am - noon  Guided Bus Tour
                       River engineer will detail environmental degradation
                       and developer's remediation plans at three sites
                       along Ogden River. (Bus leaves from and returns to
                       American Can Bldg.)

         Noon - 1 pm   Lunch Reception
